Blake Management Consulting was founded with a singular vision: to give property owners and managers access to the kind of high-caliber advisory expertise previously reserved only for the largest institutional players.

We began as a boutique compliance firm serving a handful of clients in the Southeast. Over 15 years, we grew into a nationally recognized consulting firm serving regional operators, institutional owners, nonprofit housing organizations, and local management companies alike.

Today, our team of 10+ professionals brings specialized expertise across every dimension of property management — from Fair Housing to LIHTC, from portfolio strategy to vendor negotiations. What has never changed is our commitment to doing this work at the highest possible standard.
