No long-term contracts are required for our monthly plans. All plans operate on a month-to-month basis with a 30-day notice for cancellation. Annual plans are available at a 15% discount.

How quickly can we get started?+

Most clients are onboarded within 5–7 business days. The process begins with a discovery call, followed by a needs assessment and formal onboarding. Urgent engagements can often begin within 48–72 hours.

Do you work with affordable housing (LIHTC/HUD) properties?+

Yes. Plans can be adjusted at any time with 30 days notice. Upgrades take effect immediately, and we'll prorate any billing differences. There are no penalties for changing your plan level.
